Dirt Bike Themed Cake

Yes I know it's been ... In fact I expected something happens to you write another post.

THE big news of yesterday is that we will sign the deed on March 26 in the morning!
Just in time to send a letter of fame (for personal occupancy) tenants ... Let me explain: as we wish that the notice of six months beginning April 1, tenants must be notified before the end of March. And since it takes 3 working days from the date of dispatch of recommended to make it effective March 26 was the deadline. But it may be that we were going to see them and have them sign the famous letter.

Furthermore, things are clarified the legal standard: we will add a clause to increase freehold option, so that at the death of one of us, the other inherited from the deceased. And that, according to the rules in force in the regime that we occupy at the time of death, namely, either marriage or cohabitation law, cohabitation is simple.

As for plans, the architect is responsible for completion. All we need is to imagine our front. He said the permit application will be filed at the end of the month as hoped! But it will still go see someone in charge of urban planning in our community with the draft, just to have no surprise in a few months ...

Ache Behind Knee And Back Of Legs

Sketch

Here's a little taste of what our apartment. Obviously, this is only the preliminary project 2 so it is likely that we make a few changes.

The kitchen is not one we want for example. It has been designed as to give us an idea of space. It opts instead for a kitchen I, that is to say with a column along the common wall and a central island.

We also went to visit the Batibouw (THE show of the construction / renovation of choice in Belgium) to see some improvements in size. I immediately reassure the Belgians who read this blog: we avoided the crowds by visiting the show during one of the two days reserved for professionals (with the laissez-passer "release" my friend)! It's much more relaxing!

To return to the draft, we will also remove access from the room to the bathroom and leave the current access (lobby). it saves us a few euros.

In the days (weeks) ahead, we will solve these details and skip to the creation of front and rear. And most importantly go and sign the deed at the notary! After that filing the permit application will only be a matter of days.
