Remembrance December 29 (first edition) Happy New Year



This evening, I have saw move quickly because I was well into the kitchen to prepare sushi



And as there remained some salmon, I made onigiri:



Well, mine was more round, but they were good:).

There are plenty of sushi recipe on the net, I think after is to make a mixture of each recipe to achieve something fast and not too complicated, I do not like to take the lead.
handy advice anyway:
-To cook rice, use a cooker is good practice, we do not ask cooking time and after that keeps the rice warm.
-exist with a special blend of vinegar sushi found in Asian grocery stores, it avoids taking the lead with sugar and rice vinegar.
-For fish, a knife that cuts well and accurately will be your friend. That

I like cooking and Lyn, too, but our fridge is not that tall and we lack space to do stuff really develop. One day it will come:).
