As expected, the Consultation Committee issued a favorable opinion on our permit application, provided they meet the standards in force planning. What is
the conciliation committee if the final payment is applied to the letter? Why ask us to defend our project if finally our arguments are not logical at all taken into account?
Result: our license is ok if and only if we reduce our terrace of 3.80 m long ... So we pass a terrace of 6.40 to 2.60 m long m! So many call it a balcony!
It does not stop there, far away, but for the moment that mattered was to have a favorable opinion.
We will seek an agreement to build a real terrace after work will be launched, that is to say late October / early November.
