My Dog Throws Up Green

Vive Saint Nicolas ...

Ten months of waiting for that: quote receive who believe the work to more than double our budget! Thank you who? Thank you Mr architect !!!!!

What a disappointment ... One wonders
even now why the architect did not warn us when the first draft (in February) that our budget was totally inadequate. Rising cost of construction ok, but then to go from 90,000 € to 250,000 € ...
Ultimately we end up with unnecessary licenses (permits we waited almost 7 months), 10 months wasted for nothing, and quite another apartment at our disposal.

The 120m2 + terrace fly away and leave no room for a 80m2 terrace. No question about either of our two bathrooms, because we inherit a small shower room of 1.65 m and 2.50 m (the cons). Not to mention the reduced room half, one room at least a kitchen kept to a minimum, and the northern orientation of the apartment that deprives us of the slightest ray of sunshine in the room (we are right in the room and in the kitchen, super).

short, our castle was transformed into the castle ;-) Annex

All these changes necessarily induce a change of surfaces, and therefore new estimates on the tiles, flooring, etc..

The positive is that we will allow us to choose the health that we really like but which were too expensive for our previous project. Thank

Saint Nicolas!
